If you’re looking to open an account with us, then we are thrilled to welcome you into the Aesthetica Solutions family! Registering is very easy and is done online – click here to register. Once you have registered, we will send you an email with your account number and details; always make sure that you keep these safe!

InstaScript is a bespoke online prescribing platform that we have had custom and purpose built for you, our valued clients. InstaScript allows you to generate prescriptions and place orders online without having to undergo the time-consuming administration process associated with traditional prescriptions. To use InstaScript, you need to have first set up and account with us at Aesthetica Solutions. InstaScript is then a free, featured service that is available to all of our customers; all you need to do is register for InstaScript through our secure process that is designed for fraud prevention. Once the verification process is complete, your account will be activated immediately and you can begin to create your orders. 

 If you have a prescription order, we will require a copy of the original prescription. The paper copy will need to be sent to us and received by our team within 72 hours. There are a few ways that you can submit a prescription order: email or fax us a copy; upload a scanned copy of your prescription and then send the original paper copy; or order through InstaScript (a quick and often favoured option). 

If you require delivery within the UK, you will need to process an order before 4pm to guarantee same-day dispatch of your product/s. If delivery is required outside of the UK, your order needs to be submitted before 2pm. 

If you have an active, approved account with us then you will be able to view our prices through the online store on the Aesthetica Solutions website. We don’t advertise any of our prices to non-account holders, as we need to be sure that all of our clients are medical and aesthetic professionals.  You can order just one, single product with us and still be entitled to our most competitive prices. There is no minimum order! 

 If your order involves a prescription for a named patient, the prescribing account holder should order the exact quantities required for the patient’s treatment. Excess stock that is non-prescription can be ordered online with a signed stock order. 

If you have forgotten your username or password, go to the usual sign in page and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. You will then need to follow the steps to reset your password. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

We have many different options for your order delivery, including standard delivery, next day and same-day dispatches.

Non-prescribing medical and aesthetic professionals can add prescription only products to their orders if they have a valid prescription for the named patient that has been signed and dated by a prescribing account holder. The prescriber must also confirm that they have seen the named patient before prescribing the requested products. Through InstaScript, you can create a prescription order that can then be signed off by your associated ‘PrescriptionPal’.
