Delivery Information

Please see below our standard delivery charges. If you require UK Same Day Delivery (Ambient and Chilled products), please contact the team who will be more than happy to assist you!

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

  • Product Type: Ambient or Chilled
  • Service: Next working Day (if order placed by 4pm for mainland UK)
  • Price: £9.50
  • Free of Charge if placing an order for £450 or over (excluding VAT)
  • Service: Saturday (between 8am – 5pm)
  • Price: £19.95

PROCESSING FOR DISPATCH

Orders received and processed before 4pm will be processed the same day, but we would recommend ordering before 2pm to ensure next day delivery. Please note that any orders that we receive after 4pm will be processed for dispatch to the requested address the next working day. Unless stated otherwise, chilled products ordered after 4pm on a Friday will be processed on the next working day.  Unfortunately, sometimes there are issues with couriers which are beyond our control, and in these cases Aesthetica Solutions cannot be held responsible. 

RESPONSIBILITY

Aesthetica Solutions offers two types of delivery services:
 
Standard Delivery
and
Secured Delivery (at no additional cost)
 
If you select Standard Delivery, please note that Aesthetica Solutions cannot accept liability for any issues that may arise with the courier. With Secured Delivery, we take responsibility for your order in the event of any delivery problems.
 
For Secured Delivery, it is essential that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods. Additionally, customers will need to provide the PIN number sent to their phones to the delivery driver before the order can be released.
 
It is your (the Buyer’s) responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and your chosen delivery option are correct and confirmed for every order.
 
We use DPD and DHL as our couriers. They do leave parcels on door steps if the receiver is not in as per their terms & conditions. It is a responsibility of our client to be in to accept the delivery. Aesthetica Solutions will take no responsibility for parcels being left on the door steps.
 
We work closely with our couriers to make sure parcels are being delivered within the listed time frames. However there might be delays on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances. We encourage our customers to take this into consideration while planning treatments for your clients. 
 
Aesthetica Solutions does not dispatch cold storage items on Fridays. However, if customers request Saturday delivery, it will be provided at the customer’s own risk. Aesthetica Solutions does not accept liability for any issues arising from courier-related delivery failures on Saturdays.
